Meet Matt Bell – Contracts Manager
Matt Bell brings over 20 years of experience in drainage and three waters infrastructure to Elite Drainage. As Contracts Manager, he oversees everything from programming and subcontractor management to quality assurance, health and safety, and council coordination.
With previous leadership roles at Higgins and Hynds Pipes, Matt knows how to get large-scale infrastructure projects delivered on time and to spec. He’s been the driving force behind major developments in Masterton — including Kāinga Ora subdivisions and the Kuripuni stormwater upgrades — and is known for his straight-talking, results-focused approach.
